Country Values Holiday Homes has managed our property in Seabird ever since we acquired it. We could not be happier with the service that CVHH provide.
The administrative staff in the office are obliging and very friendly and they are prompt with end of month statements.
The management fees are quite reasonable and we have no reservations about leaving a sum in their account to cover any problems which may need more expenditure than small matters of maintenance require.
Their staff “at the coal face” are very competent and they have a good stable of tradesmen to attend to unexpected matters.
We hope that people renting our property are comfortable and happy and we know that the very fastidious CVHH cleaning staff will present it in the best possible state of cleanliness.
It is a pleasure to have CVHH looking after our property and we hope to maintain the relationship for as long as we own the property.

We’ve had our country home under management with Country Values for approximately 18 months and couldn’t be happier with the services provided.
Our booking rate has increased dramatically, cleaning and maintenance have been exceptional and the general all round professionalism of the team leaves us with unquestionable confidence that we’ve chosen the right provider.
Working remotely, it’s reassuring to know that our investment is in safe hands and finally, that our guests are been taken care of to the highest of standards which remains Priority One to us.
Country Values are a safe bet…which can be very hard to find these days…and pride themselves on remaining so.

We have been renting our property in Lancelin through Country Values Holiday Homes for the last 12 months. We were not satisfied with certain aspects of the previous Management Company and are happy to say that we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the Management of our Property through Country Values Holiday Homes since they have taken over.
The transparency of the booking system showing who has stayed at our property, how much they have paid and for how many nights is excellent. The online system also allows us to easily blank out dates required for our personal use and also search the history of all bookings, YTD income etc.
The team at Country Values Holiday Homes has been excellent, after using several companies over the years to manage our property I have no hesitation in recommending the professional services of Country Values Holiday Homes.
