Beach Break - Family Accommodation with Ocean Views

Great to find lancelin accommodation being run efficiently! We have experienced poor customer service and unclean properties previously so this has been a very welcome change. Thank you! Just a few maintenance issues : the toaster dosent "Self pop". Smoke detectors downstairs near main bedroom need fixing and shower doors have no handles to be able to open easily. Apart from that is is a great property perfectly suited to our requirements.

very spacious, overall very clean, the blinds in the upstairs lounge were difficult to open and/or close. The view to the beach was fantastic. It is a pity that linen and towels were not provided as it meant extra luggage. But overall, a very comfortable stay.

Properly was well placed with beach views and close enough to walk. Property gets hot with the afternoon sun. Floor standing fans supplied but would be so much better with an upgrade to ceiling fans

Great house that served our needs perfectly for a weekend of surfing. Walking distance to both pubs and easy access to the dunes and beaches.

Fantastic location. Close to the beach and short walk to town! Sitting on the balcony was a perfect way to relax!

The main issue for us was the lack of an air conditioner upstairs and being elderly the stairs without a rail were difficult for my wife who has a hip problem.There was also an ant problem.House would be fine for a young family.

This place is great, has everything you need and a great view. The only thing we would prefer is a dining table and chairs inside rather than the high bar table with high bar stools.

really enjoyable, the house is located in a quiet spot of town, so close to the beach. All amenities were there. We all had a ball. Thanks to the owners!

House in excellent location and quite a range of living areas
Carpets upstairs stained and dirty need a very good clean or total replacement
Barbecue also needs replacement as old and parts missing so cannot use wok burner
Windows dirty, accept that sea ,spray makes it difficult but bird droppings should have been removed on lounge windows
Would stay again if above was rectified

Good location, walkable to centre of town however had a really bad ant problem in kitchen and bathroom And rubbish was found in the wardrobes... old cigarette packets and roll papers
