Sheoak on Wedge - Well Appointed Property Close To Beach

We really enjoyed our stay, really cute
comfortable home so close to beach.
House has everything you need, really well
equipped kitchen, lots of games and puzzles. Our dog loved the backyard.
Tv worked but remote didn't work.
Would have been great to have flyscreen door on back sliding door to let breeze in.Loved the bedroom and bathroom attached
to back patio. Would definitely come again

We had the best time at Sheoak on Wedge! The house was clean, well-equipped with everything. No need to BYO baking paper or cling wrap, for example. There’s an even games cupboard. And the backyard is so shady and secure, perfect for young kids like mine.
The beach is a 5 minutes walk, general store about 10. Great location.
The property manager is easily contactable, responsive, lovely and so helpful.
My only minor gripe was no where to hang clothes, so bring your own coat hangers and hang off hooks that are on the backs of the doors, if you’ve got a shirts or dresses.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. The 4th bedroom is separate to the rest of the house, with its own entrance (and it’s huge) so would suit grandparents, another couple or a teenage retreat. The second bathroom is also added on with an outside entry, which is fantastic for showers after returning from the beach so you don’t drag sand through the house.
Thanks for a wonderful property, I particularly enjoyed the garden and foraged the herbs for our meals and garnishes on cocktails. :)

the house was a good location and set up with plenty of extras ie games, jigswas, etc. didnt like the spiders & cockroach in the bed however.

House has a great layout for relaxing and socialising. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked well with a variety of cooking accessories. Beautiful backyard and great location to the beach. Some dated features but overall lovely holiday home.

A real nice house at a prime position.
Lovely high ceilings in the living area.
Spacious rooms neat and clean kitchen.
Disappointing mice droppings on beds and bedrooms floor also on top of fridge.

Generally good. Pretty good value. An older house with aging tv and appliances without wifi ... a typical country beach house experience.

Awesome spot for a relaxing break

Enjoyable stay in a lovely location. The property was neat and tidy however be aware towels and bed sheets and not provided. Guests must provide their own or arrange beforehand for these to be provided at extra cost. We did not realise this upon booking, and as such this was an inconvenience for us. We also were not provided the check in details until after the time/date of check in. We were making phone calls and waitimg around on the day of checkin for communication of this information. Other than those two issues our stay was great. Nice quiet seaside town and there are various other places to explore only a short drive away.

Well presented property , very clean , matched the photos ! Ample parking and close to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and bathroom facilities excellent.

My husband and I with another couple thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed stay at Ledge Point in CVHH's house.The house had everything that a home away from home could want. Short drive or a longer stroll to the beach for fishing, fantastically maintained 9 hole golf course that proved to challenge our boys,there is a bowls club too, lovely pub meal at the country club, close to Lancelin or Seabird for a drive for lunch. Altogether a fabulous 3 days!

A lovely, well kept house in a great location. Pictures don’t do it justice, very homely and characteristic, nice big back yard and ocean views. You can walk to everything, 2 mins walk to the beach. We would love to go back!

Everything we needed was available in the house. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Beach and playgrounds within walking distance.
