Ledge Point Village Villa 1 - Ocean Views

Awesome family get together for milestone 60th Birthday. Beautiful town views and play to stay.

Great location for a quick break from home. Walking distance to beach and bonus you have a heated pool in complex. We all liked the downstairs for kids to watch movies and adults could also watch tv/movies upstairs. Sunsets on the balcony with a wine was also a hit.

However, a few things we were disappointed about was the reception at the house was very bad... Kinda annoying since we were relying on better reception especially during the Sunday so we could Livestream our church services.
A few other things was that the kitchen could have been better equipped with things like baking paper etc. (There was glad wrap but nothing else) and other things such as tea/coffee sachets.
However the whole house was very nice - nice balcony, comfy couches, nice beds/bedrooms and the bathrooms were nice/clean.

The property is nice and located in a really quiet town next to the ocean. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils and other amenities such as washing machine and clothes dryer. The place is quite clean except for some hairs on the mattress protectors and cobwebs here and there. Would recommend this place for a quiet downtime away from the busyness of life.

We had an an enjoyable stay at the Villas! Walking beach to the beach which was very convenient! The complex had a pool which was the decider! However, the main bedroom doesn’t have air con and staying in Ledge Point in Jan is very hot. Would definitely stay again!

Very happy campers. Location Beautiful, very relaxing away from the hustle and bustle, pool for the kids even the adult kids, Everything you need within walking distance. Local deli, fish n chips, bottle shop & a gas pump. Most amazing is the view of the ocean from the balcony just breathtaking. I highly recommend this property and location.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this holiday home. The house was super clean the view was amazing and it had everything that we needed. I cannot wait to get back again thank you very much to the owner of the house and The Ledge Point management team.
