Whether it is the beach you desire or you are chasing that adrenaline rush through the famous Lancelin sand dunes this is the place for you.
Situated at the north end of town right across the road from the dunes its close enough for you to push the bikes across. Or if it is a bit of fun in the sun, sand, and surf you prefer this too is within walking distance to Lancelin’s north end beaches.
At the end of the day come home and crank up the wood fire BBQ and throw on a snag or two while sitting back taking it all in.
Other features include a fully enclosed fenced yard, covered outdoor area, garage and a weber Q back up in case the weather does not allow you to have that outdoor BBQ.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.
The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.
A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

While we enjoyed our stay in Lancelin there were a few maintenance issues that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Please take my comments as constructive as to improve your property. On arrival there were a lot of dead cockroachs and mouse droppings inside the cupboards, on the benchtops and floor.We cleaned up and stored food in the pantry only to awake next morning to find mice had eaten some (had to be disposed of)Vertical blinds need repairing or replacement. Black out curtains missing in some rooms (Main bedroom)Flyscreens and some windows in poor condition, flyscreen on sliding door unusable. Light switches around verandah inaccessable. Batterys flat in TV remote. No Mop No Vacuum cleaner(bag Missing).

Manager's Response

We are sorry you did not enjoy your holiday experience with us. All our properties have mops (this was in the laundry) and vacuum cleaners (including vacuum bags) which was left in a cupboard at the property which you may have missed. Living in a seaside town deterioration from sea air is a common issue as is bore water which discolors fly screens, aluminum doors and stains windows. This property is an older style holiday home and may not have been to your taste, windows and property were cleaned two days prior to your check in as was any bugs or mice droppings removed but being in a rural area these can be cleaned one day and may return the next, joys of living in a coastal country town. Our Accommodation Manager Leah did offer to come over to clean the property once these issues were made aware to her but you declined. We will take these points on board to ensure the property meets our high cleaning standard and any maintenance issues are addressed.

The house was very hot, only two fan in the house, one in the master room and one in the lounge so the kids had to sleep in lounge as bedrooms were too hot.
Flyscreens were not secure and kept coming off.
