Bay 79 Ledge Point Holiday Park

For a cleaning fee I thought would be a bit cleaner- plus the list of things to clean before leaving also??
Needs exhaust fan in bathroom due to steam build up!

We spent 4 days in this wonderful property, the pictures aren’t quite accurate. Some changes have been made but better changes. We will definitely stay here again.

Family of Three, perfectly located in Ledge point and easy to access the surrounding attractions. Lovely park

This property is great for a family on a budget. I don't like to pay more than 200 a night which is becoming increasingly difficult, especially when you have to travel in the school holidays! I'd say it fine for a family of 4 or even 6 if your kids are little but would be quishy for 6 adults if you were planning to spend much time there. Although we always stay in chalets or hotels so aren't used to caravanning.
Prime location for the golf course which is fantastic for a volunteer facility and quite challenging to play especially if there is some wind.
Our kids loved riding around the caravan park and to the playground and back.
My only warning would be the kitchen as there isn't a full sized oven, cooker just a bench top combo thing. I knew about this and planned our meals (no takaway in ledge) but you'd struggle to cook a pizza I think

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Well stocked with all the things that you don't remember from home. Extremely clean and tidy. We slept very well in the beds which were comfortable. The location was fabulous for families. Nice to have the caravan experience without having to use the shared ablutions. Perfect if you have young children.

Had no phone reception and the wifi was almost impossible to connect too, other than that it is a cute place and surprisingly roomy. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was better than we expected and had everything we could have needed. Our only complaint is they won’t allow us to bring our toy poodle otherwise we’d visit more frequently.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Karen was super friendly and we had good laughs on the phone. We were allowed a late check out so we could enjoy a bit more time in ledge point. We will defiantly come again
